There are three (3) forms
that need to be filled out: the Team
Roster Form, the 2008 Player Waiver
Registration Form, and the 2008 Code of
Conduct Agreement Form. Please fill out
the Team Roster Form, and have your
players fill out the 2008 Player Waiver
Registration Form and the 2008 Code of
Conduct Agreement Form before the March
13th Managers Meeting
(Thursday, March 13, at 6:30 pm at the
Handlery Resort in Mission Valley;
950 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA

Also, please bring two
checks to the Managers Meeting: one for
for the Team registration fee ($450.00),
and another for the sum of your player
registration fees ($50.00 per player on
your roster). Please note that we will
only be able to accept a SINGLE check
for the full amount for the player fees,
so please donʼt bring cash or individual
checks for each player, as we will not
be able to accept them. Your players
will not be eligible to play until both
the the 2008 Player Waiver Registration
Form and the 2008 Code of Conduct
Agreement Form are completed. We will
also have hard copies of the forms at
the fields on opening day in case of
emergency.
