DONATIONS

Please go through your house and donate things to the rummage sale.  All the proceeds from the sale of your donated items will go towards funds for the Seattle World Series trip.  You will be able to drop off your "goods" at Brian & James' house the week prior to the sale (Monday July 21st - Friday July 25th).  Drop off times will be during the evening, except on any days that we might have practice. 

Anything that you donate that does not sell, you will be responsible for retrieving it after the sale (before Monday July 28th) or it will be donated to Good Will.

If you are planning on donating anything large (like furniture, etc), please email Jesse Gonzales so he can be prepared for that.

VOLUNTEERS

There really won't be much needed to put on this sale.  Below is a list of volunteers that will be needed the day of the sale. 

The set up crew will show up approximately 1 hour before sale time to arrange items for sale as well as to post signs around the neighborhood pointing passerby's to the sale.  They will also be the first people to be working the sale.

The working crew will be around to take money for sold items.

The tear down crew will finish out the sale, as well as "close up shop" so to speak, go and collect signs from the neighborhood, etc.

SET UP ITEMS

If anyone has any folding tables or tarps, we will also need some of those to place things on.
